We have represented clients in litigation and administrative proceedings involving environmental issues, including flood damages, storm water runoff claims, solid waste contamination, and mold, lead paint and asbestos abatement issues on construction projects. We have successfully represented clients in toxic tort litigation involving ground water contamination, underground storage tanks, fungicide and herbicide, and other product safety issues.

We are familiar with and have successfully litigated insurance issues related to the environment, including coverage disputes over environmental remediation and super fund sites.
